Such is the view of the Brighton based, sludge punk trio 'Ragweed'. When listening to their debut album 'Parerga', you can certainly feel their raw energy and vivacity as it spews into your every pore, attacking your senses with full-pelt abrasive guitars, beefy rhythms and bi-polar vocals. In the alchemy, the trio have snared a sound that is barbarous, catchy and explosive. Formed in 2012 and residing on the South Coast, Ragweed have had a 'revolving door' of members for the past year and a half of their existence; however that didn't stop the industrious punks from releasing their acclaimed debut EP 'Double Chalker'. The band also hit the road hard, and through constant touring, Ragweed have amassed a growing reputation for dispatching high octane live performances that are rammed with chaotic and unbridled energy.
