Pell stressed that the parting with his long-time collaborator – Terrana had been behind the kit for 15 years – was very much a mutual affair, with the reason for the drummer leaving being purely because their schedules did not match up. "We're all professionals, and we behave like professionals," the guitarist stressed. Speaking of Rondinelli's arrival, Pell added: "Bobby had heard a lot about me and immediately joined… he fell [head over heels] in love with the new songs [and] I didn't have to tell him what to do: he did everything right the first time."
