Meta 2 The Masses Ireland is giving an opportunity for an unsigned breakthrough act, or self release act, to perform on the hallowed New Blood Stage at the festival alongside DOWN, AMON AMARTH, MEGADETH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, OBITUARY, DECAPITATED, HATEBREED, PRONG and over 100 more bands. Bloodstock is the biggest and best independent metal festival in the UK – which is something that bands are clambering over themselves to make a reality. The New Blood Stage exists to provide a platform for the next generation of metal talent to reach a wider audience. From Bloodstock's very beginning back in 2001 there has been a focus on offering a chance for newcomers to strut their stuff.
